Also in final documents of a forum strategic value of Arctic regions and importance of preservation of a cultural heritage is emphasized. Michael Efimovich Nikolaev has told about scientifically-practical expedition(dispatch) on creation of the audiovisual encyclopedia "Circumpolar a civilization in museums of the world ". The given project is created with a view of realization of the joint initiative on studying museum sources for studying and preservation of a heritage of people Sowing ера and Arctic regions in the audiovisual form. In opinion of the senator, on expedition(dispatch) the active role should belong to scientists of Yakutia who could work with museum funds of the foreign states with assistance of UNESCO. It(he) has emphasized, that it is necessary to involve scientists in this process from other countries. Including France, Canada, the USA and Germany which have significant museum assemblies concerning history circumpolar civilizations. Also M.Nikolaev has informed D.Badarcha on international scientific conference forthcoming in November, 2007 " About a role and a place of universities in steady development of Arctic regions and the North ", UNESCO spent under aegis on the basis of the International university of the nature, a society and the person "Dubna". Its(her) initiators Carrying out earlier have acted chairman of National committee RS () on affairs of UNESCO of M.Nikolaev, the president of the Russian Academy of natural sciences O.Kuznetsov and the rector of the Moscow State University V.Sadovnichy.
